Fred "Tommy" P. Johnson, Jr., entered eternal life on Friday, August 23, 2019 at his home. He served his country honorably in the United States Army during Vietnam from Oct. 1965 until Aug. 1967, retired from Bales Motor Company after 39 years and a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles in Jeffersonville. Surviving are his two sons, Tommy L. Johnson, Sarasota, Florida, Troy M. Johnson, Jeffersonville, step-daughter, Christie Moore, sisters, Phyllis (Johnny) Forro, Anna (Don) Spainhour, Bertha (Phil) Branham, Linda Johnson, one granddaughter, Megan Johnson and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 11AM Friday at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with burial to follow at Sellersburg Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 4-8PM and anytime after 9AM until the time of service on Friday.
