Francis C. "Frank" Higdon , 75, passed away on June 30, 2020 at Providence Care Center. He was a great mechanic and avid University of Kentucky Sports fan.  He played the bass guitar in several country music bands over the years. His music was a big part of his life. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Ursula (Nalley) Higdon and by his nephew, Jamie Caudill.

He is survived by his daughters Cathi Higdon-Lora and Theresa Sellmer (John), his son Tony, sisters, Charlotte Caudill, Linda Skees (Darryl), Rose Miner (John), his brothers, Michael Higdon (Mary), Norman Higdon (Joyce) and Gary Higdon (Tracy).

A funeral mass will take place at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at St. John Paul II Catholic Church (St. Paul Campus) in Sellersburg with interment to follow at St. Joe Hill Catholic Cemetery.
