Erma L. Carter, 78, entered eternal life on Sunday, April 26, 2020 at her home.  She was a 1960 graduate at Silver Creek High School and retired from Purdue Extension Office after 32 years.  Erma was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice Carter.  Surviving are her son, Eugene (Dana) Ramey, daughter, Jennifer (John) Haverlah Carter, step-son, Chris Carter, brother, Keith Patrick, sisters, Laverne Beyl, Barbara Massie and five grandchildren.  It was her wishes to be cremated and a service will be held at a later date.  Online condolences can be made at www.garrfuneralservices.com.
