Elsie Mae Elizabeth DelGrande , 91, passed away on Friday, October 27, 2017 at Wedgewood Healthcare in Clarksville, Indiana. She was born at home in Memphis, Indiana on July 22, 1926 to the late Logan and Anna McIntyre. Mrs. DelGrande retired from South Central Bell where she was a telephone operator for 35 years. In her retirement years she worked as a sales associate at Kmart in Clarksville. Mrs. DelGrande was preceded in death by her husband, William DelGrande, her son, Joseph DelGrande, her brother, Shirley McIntyre, her sisters, Sara King, Mary Everage and Wilma Bridges.

Survivors include her son, Mike DelGrande (Patty) of Sellersburg, Indiana, her grandchildren, Aimee Henderson, Angel Durrett, and William DelGrande. Mrs. DelGrande also leaves behind four great grandchildren, Madison Henderson, Makenna Henderson, Bryson Durrett, and Achilles DelGrande.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with interment to follow at St. Joe Hill Catholic Cemetery.  Visitation will take place on Tuesday from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and on Wednesday from 9:30 A.M. until the time of the service at the funeral Home.
