On Saturday, September 10, 2022, Donna Ruth Meyer passed away peacefully in her sleep at the age of 80.

Born in North Vernon, Indiana to the late Virginia "Ginny" Young Patterson and Lendal Patterson on May 2, 1942.

She was a homemaker and a member of Sellersburg Methodist Church.  Donna enjoyed cooking, traveling, charity work, entertaining friends and family for many memorable dinners.  She also enjoyed real estate, interior design and listening to gospel music.

Donna was a dedicated mother first and foremost.  She is survived by her four children, John Agee that cared for her in his home for the past four years along with her eldest daughter, Stephanie Agee Chrappa, Dawn Agee Green and James Agee all from Sellersburg, Indiana.  Her brother John Patterson, 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren and her former husband of 35 years Dr. Claude J. Meyer.

Along with parents Donna is preceded in death by her former husband and father of her children, Miles Kenneth Agee.

Her life was a living example of Ephesians 4:32 – And be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving one another, just as God also forgave you in Christ.

Donna has elected for cremation with no services to follow.  Her children conducted a private memorial.
