Donna Jean Nicholson, 86, entered eternal life on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at Traditions at Hunters Station.  She was a 1950 graduate of Borden High School, member of Chapel Hill Christian Church and drove a school bus for West Clark Community School for over ten years.  Spending time on the family farm with her beloved dogs was one of Donna's greatest passions.  She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 66 years, Paul Nicholson, one sister, Norma Boardman, her parents, Clair and Anna Money and one nephew, Darry Nicholson.  Surviving is her son, Lonnie (Trish) Nicholson, Jasper, daughter, Melinda (Brian) Wright, Sellersburg, brother, Jim (Joyce) Money, Fort Pierce, Florida, three grandchildren, Kody, Kade and Kennedy Nicholson, six nieces, two nephews and close friend and extended family member Dave Burgin.  Funeral services will be held 11AM Thursday at the Garr Funeral Home with burial to follow at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Borden.  Visitation will be Wednesday from 12-8PM and anytime after 9AM until the time of service on Thursday.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Animal Protection Association, 702 E. 11th St., Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130.  Online condolences can be made at www.garrfuneralservices.com.
