Donald Lee Brock , 84, entered eternal life on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at his home with his family by his side. He was born on January 18, 1938 to the late Modean Keith (Brock) in Salem, Indiana. Donald retired from the mining industry where he worked in maintenance. During his career he worked for Sellersburg Stone and Liters Quarry. He married the love of his life, Thelma Marie Brock (Norris), only 6 days after meeting her. They enjoyed 65 wonderful years together. Donald was a practical jokester. His light hearted spirit earned the love of many people over the years. He was preceded in death by his son, Teddy Brock, by his daughter-in-law, Joya Brock and by his great-grandson, Brayden Jenkins.

Survivors include his sons, Donald Ray Brock (Janet) of Alton, Illinois, James Robert Brock (Valrie) of Borden, Indiana, Paul Duane Brock (Sherry) of Charlestown, Indiana, Danny Steven Brock (Tina) of Memphis, Indiana and by his daughters, Donna Nadine Rardin (Keith) of Jeffersonville, Indiana and Cindy Kay Baugh (Bryan) of New Washington, Indiana. Donald also leaves behind 23 grandchildren and 27 and counting great-grandchildren to cherish his memory.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Sunday, May 1, 2022 at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with interment to follow at Old Salem Cemetery in Charlestown. Visitation will be on Sunday from 12:00 P.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
