Denise E. Sturgis, 64, entered eternal life on Sunday, November 15, 2020 at her home with her family by her side.  She worked as a Radiology Technician for over forty years and a member of Speed Memorial Church.  Denise was preceded in death by her parents, Dr. Donald G. Sturgis, M.D. and Irene Sturgis.  Surviving are her brother, John (Amy) Sturgis, Nephews, Hank Sturgis, Matthew Sturgis, Niece, Sally Sturgis and her many dear lifelong friends.  Funeral services will be held 11AM Thursday at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with entombment to follow at Graceland Memorial Park.  Visitation will be Wednesday from 2-6PM and anytime after 9AM until the time of service on Thursday.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Speed Memorial Church, 328 US-31, Sellersburg, Indiana 47172 or WHAS Crusade for Children, 520 W.
