Dawn Michelle Blankenship, 58, entered into eternal life on January 28, 2023.

She was born on November 19, 1964 to the late Samuel Scott and Janine Luther.  Those who are loved very much don't really go away.  They walk beside us day by day, unseen, unheard, but always nearby.  Those that love Dawn will never be alone, she will be missed by every soul who ever says their hellos and goodbyes.  Not a day will go by that you won't be missed or loved.  Never stop guiding your family through life and stay glowing big and bright as you always have.  Rest in peace.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters Mikaela Blankenship (Kaleb Yates) and Amber Blankenship; son, Zachary Blankenship; stepfather, Raymond Decker, Fiance, Pat Pollock; sister, Mary Smith; grandsons, Kayden Yates; Kyrie Blankenship; and many friends.

Arrangements were entrusted to Garr Funeral Home, Sellersburg, the family has chosen cremation, a memorial service will be planned in the future.
