David Allen Dreyer , 71, entered eternal life on Sunday, April 2, 2023 while enjoying the Word of the Lord at his church. He was born on Christmas day in 1951 to the late John and Margaret Dreyer (Prather) in Jeffersonville, Indiana. David worked as design engineer for 51 years and was the owner operator of Enterprise Technical Solutions LLC. He was a Deacon and the Audio/Visual Technician at the Mt Zion Baptist Church. In his free time he enjoyed Gardening, Fishing, working on sound equipment and walking the trails with his dog, Jack. David loved his church and his family, especially his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by brother, JL Dreyer.

Survivors include his loving wife of 51 years, Beverly Dreyer, his sons, David Dreyer (Cecile) of Sellersburg, Michael Dreyer of Floyds Knobs, Indiana, his brothers, Richard "Rick" Dreyer (Donna) of Memphis, Indiana, Dennis Dreyer of Sellersburg, Indiana, his sisters, Patricia Hathaway of Sellersburg and Margo Dreyer of Sellersburg. David also leaves behind 5 grandchildren, Cassie, Caitlin, Haley, Hatti and Madelyn.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 6, 2023 at Mt Zion Baptist Church (6109 Apple Leaf Lane, Sellersburg, Indiana 47172) with interment to follow at Silver Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the church.
