Connie S. Carnes, 68, passed away on Monday, October 4, 2021 at Clark Memorial Hospital.  She was born to the late Lloyd and Marie Roberts in Louisville, Kentucky on December 6, 1952.  Connie was a Homemaker.  She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Russell Carnes, daughter, Cindy (Steve) Mason, son, Russell Carnes, Jr., brothers, Russell "Sonny" Holt, Lloyd Roberts, Ronnie Roberts, sisters, Jan Roberts, Nancy Baker, grandchildren, Justin Carnes, Kirstin Mason, Lauren Mason and great-grandchild, Stella.  Funeral services will be held 10AM Monday at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with burial to follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery.  Visitation will be Sunday from 12Noon until 6PM and anytime after 9AM until the time of service on Monday.  Online condolences can be made at www.garrfuneralservices.com.
