Clyde Allen Fabel, Jr., 80, entered eternal life on Thursday, November 10, 2016, at Wedgewood Healthcare Center in Clarksville.  He served his country in the United States Army, a self-employed Auctioneer, member of the Sellersburg American Legion Post 204 and Sellersburg Moose Lodge.  Clyde enjoyed playing cards with family and friends, boating and fishing.  He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Carol Fabel, Grandson, Randy Allen Nance, sisters, Doris Crone and Violet Byers.  Surviving are, son, Mark Fabel, New Albany, Indiana, daughters, Debbie (Mike) Haddon, Pekin, Indiana, Sherry (Jason) Emly, Sellersburg, Indiana, Kim (Brian) Niesse, Sellersburg, Indiana, brothers, Kenny (Libby) Fabel, Henryville, Indiana, Jimmy (Bonita) Fabel, Jeffersonville, Indiana, sisters, Barbara (Jerry) Lewis, New Albany, Indiana, Louise (Henry) Tavin, Sellersburg, Indiana, grandchildren, Tiffany Haddon, Ryan Emly, Caroline Emly and Gracie Egli, and close friend, Brenda Thomas.  Funeral services will be held 11a.m. Monday at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with burial to follow at Sellersburg Cemetery.  Visitation will be Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. and any time after 9 a.m. until the time of service on Monday.
