Clifford Harl, aged 78, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 25, 2025, in the comfort of his home in Sellersburg, Indiana. Born on May 9, 1947, in the bluegrass state of Kentucky, Clifford was known for his strong sense of duty and a heart full of love.

A devoted husband, father, brother, and friend, Clifford is survived by his loving wife, Robin Harl, and a close-knit family including his son, Clifford W. Harl,. He was also cherished by his step-daughters, April Geltmaker (Justin) and Randi Hublar (Rusty), and step-son, Kyle Williams. Clifford is also remembered by his sisters, Brenda Hurst, Linda James, and Rita Draper. His memory will be cherished by his eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, who brought immense joy to his life.

Cliford was welcomed in heaven by those who preceded him in death: his father, Hubert Harl, mother, Corene Harl, his first wife, Rita Harl, his beloved daughter, Melissa Blackford and by his daughter-in-law, Kelly Harl .

A dedicated professional, Clifford worked in hospital security, where his colleagues admired his unwavering commitment and gentle demeanor. Outside of his work, Clifford found joy in simple pleasures such as bingo, hunting, boating, fishing, and camping. He was a pillar of wisdom, always ready to offer advice to anyone in need of guidance.

In keeping with Clifford's wishes, cremation was chosen, and no formal service will be held at this time.
