Louisville, Kentucky Cherie Annette Blackburn, 69, entered eternal life on Sunday, March 25, 2018, at Floyd Memorial Hospital.  She worked as a dental hygienist, was a member of Strathmore Presbyterian Church in Louisville and The Order of Eastern Star.  Cherie also provided volunteer leadership to Masonic Youth Groups.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas H. and Agnes E. Jones.  She is survived by a daughter, Courtney (Todd) Hamilton, Lexington, Kentucky, sisters, Kristie (W.L.) Paris, Louisville, Kentucky, Jeanne Meredith, Memphis, Indiana, grandchildren, Halle and Harper, nieces, Shannon Balentine, Tara Duverge and a nephew, Dustin Meredith.  Funeral services will be held 10AM Thursday at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with cremation to follow.  Visitation will be Wednesday from 3-8PM and anytime after 9AM until the time of service on Thursday.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Lewy Body Dementia Association, lbda.org or 912 Killian Hill Rd., Lilburn, GA 30047.  Online condolences may be expressed at www.garrfuneralservices.com.
