Mr. Charles William Munk , 90, passed away on December 31, 2016 at his home in Dundee, Florida. He was born on July 4, 1926 to the late John and Gladys (Blackman) Munk. Charles proudly served his country in the U.S. Marines in World War II. He was a farmer and truck driver, and he also retired from Dundee Citrus Company. Charles enjoyed fishing, hunting, and he was an avid bowler, bowling 3 or 4 times a week. Charles was preceded in death by his wife Laverne, his brother John, his sister Marie, his mother Gladys, his dad John, and his granddaughter Dee.

Charles is survived by his son Michael (Barbara) Munk, Prattville, Al., his son Pat (Brenda) Munk, Austell, Ga., his son John (Anglia) Munk, Memphis In., his girlfriend Susan Burch, Dundee Fl., 4 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be January 22, 2017 at 2:00pm, with Memorial Services at 4:00pm at Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg, Indiana. In lieu of flowers, a charitable donation may be made to: St. Jude Children's Hospital
