Charles Eric Bratcher, 59, passed away peacefully on August 1 at Rolling Hills Nursing Home.  He was preceded in death by his father Charles Leonard Bratcher, sisters, Shirley Westover, LuAnn Ochsmann and Julie Bratcher.  Surviving are, his mother, Phyllis Bratcher, son, Charles Ray (Kristin) Bratcher, brother, Robert L.
