Sellersburg, Indiana

Carolyn Blankenbaker, 64, passed away May 8, 2017, in Florida.  She retired from Clark Memorial Hospital and Medical Center of Southern Indiana.  Carolyn was also head of quality control and Physicians Recruitment at St. Catherine Hospital in Charlestown and medical records director.  She is survived by her husband, Ronnie Blankenbaker, Sellersburg, daughter, Angela Oldham, Sellersburg, brother, Paul Short, Lanesville, sisters, Nancy Hunley, Shelbyville, Tennessee, grandchildren, Casey Blankenbaker and Gavin Oldham, great-grandchildren, Skyler Cook and Emma Cook, several nieces and nephews.  A celebration of life will be held 7:PM Tuesday, May 30th at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg.  Visitation will be Tuesday from 4-7PM.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Lupus Foundation of America, P.O.
