Brittany Danielle Spear , 42, passed away at her home in Sellersburg, Indiana on Sunday, January 2, 2022. She was born in New Albany, Indiana on October 18, 1979. Brittany was currently employed with Trend Offset Printing of Charlestown. She was preceded in death by her sister, Rachel Taylor, by her step-brother, Eric Meyer, by her paternal grandparents, Lacy Taylor and Carolyn Anderson, by her maternal grandparents, Ronald and Ruby Crowe and by her step-paternal grandparents, Sylvester and Matilda Meyer.

Survivors include her father, Rick Taylor of Sellersburg, her mother, Christina Meyer (David) of Sellersburg, her daughter, Emily Spear of Sellersburg, her son, Hunter Spear of Sellersburg, her step-brother, Joshua Meyer of Greenville, Indiana and her step-maternal grandmother, Kaye Crowe.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, January 7, 2021 at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with interment to follow at Sellersburg Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
