Brian Michael Johnson , 38, passed away on Friday, September 2, 2016 at his home in Otisco, Indiana. Brian was born on November 28, 1977 to Phillip and Linda Johnson in Louisville, Kentucky. He was a Maintenance Technician. Brian was preceded in death by his mother Linda Carr.

A funeral service will be held 1 PM on Wednesday September 7, 2016 at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg, with interment to follow at Sellersburg Cemetery.
