On Monday, July 23, 2018 Beverly Lou Woodward, loving wife and mother of three children passed away at the age of 82.  She was born on June 29, 1936 to Graydon and Fern (Gresham) in Salem, Indiana.  Beverly received a medical degree in Nursing at Ivy Tech Community College in Sellersburg, Indiana in 1994.  Wife of Lewis for 57 years had three children, five grandchildren and three, great-great grandchildren.  Beverly was known for her quick wit, infectious smile and her kind and compassionate spirit.  She was preceded in death by her father, Graydon, her mother Fern, sister Sue of Nashville, Tennessee and her husband Lewis.  She is survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held 2PM Friday at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with burial to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Floyds Knobs, Indiana.  Visitation will be Thursday from 1-8PM at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Southern Care Hosparus, 3602 Northgate Court Suite 27, New Albany, Indiana 47150.  Online condolences can be made at www.garrfuneralservices.com.
