Barbara Ann Gibson, 77, passed away Thursday, December 10, 2015 at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville, Indiana. She was born on April 27,1938 in Big Stone Gap, Virginia to Clarence and Leona Skeen. Barbara retired from Pillsbury after 35 years and was a member of First Baptist Church of Sellersburg. She was preceded in death by her husband William Gibson, Jr., her daughter Deborah Stegner, her son-in-law Tony Hart and both of her parents.

Daughters:       Lisa (Rodney) Ehrhart- Sellersburg, Indiana

Cindy Hart- Henryville, Indiana

Brothers:          Donald Skeen- Virginia

Larry Skeen- Georgia

Son-in-law:       Jerry Stegner-  Sellersburg, Indiana

Grandchildren:    Jessica, Ashley, Cody, Megan, Amy and Joshua

Great-Grandchildren:    Camryn, Graci, Elijah, Mason, Johnny, Averi and Liam

Visitation will be at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg on Sunday, December 13, 2015  from 1:00 until 7:45 PM with a brief funeral service to follow. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at the Skeen Family Cemetery in Big Stone Gap, Virginia. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the First Baptist Church of Sellersburg, 7912 Highway 311, Sellersburg, Indiana 47172.
