Ashlee Prather Hawkins , 33, passed away on Monday October 17, 2016 at her home in New Albany, Indiana. She was born on January 30, 1983 in Floyd County, Indiana. Ashlee's family would like to express their gratitude to Amedisys Hospice Care of Jeffersonville, Indiana for their support during this difficult time. Ashlee was preceded in death by her grandparents, Raymond and Mildred Prather and Rhoda Ewing. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her son, Jasper "Bubba" Hawkins III, her daughter, Ciara Hawkins, her mother, Debbie Prather, her father, Michael (Jean) Prather, her sister, Holly (Randy) Hatfield, her uncle, Charles Briles, her niece, Makayla Hatfield and her nephew, C.J. Hatfield.

A Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, October 20, 2016 at Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg, Indiana with burial to follow at Sellersburg Cemetery.
