Ardath "Artie" Jennings, 77, entered eternal life on Tuesday, December 25, 2018 at her home surrounded by her loving family.  She retired from Samtec and was Vice President of purchasing from QVC.  Artie was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Jennings, five siblings, Pat Broadus, Jimmy Broadus, Eltheda "Sis" Sellers, Betty and James Broadus.  Surviving are her sons, Chuck (Donna) Jennings, Marysville, William (Susan) Jennings, Corydon, Scott (Mary) Jennings, Sellersburg, brothers, Ronald Broadus, Corydon, Bernard Broadus, Sellersburg, Ivan "Abe" Broadus, Henryville, sisters, Juanita Neville, Sellersburg, Jean Brishaber, Sellersburg, eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and one, great-great granddaughter.  Funeral services will be held 11AM Friday at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with burial to follow at Sellersburg Cemetery.  Visitation will be Thursday from 2-8PM and anytime after 9AM until the time of service on Friday.  In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the American Heart Association, 3816 Paysphere Circle, Chicago, IL 60674.  Online condolences can be made at www.garrfuneralservices.com.
