Anna Louise Ruddell , 91, entered eternal life on Monday, November 29, 2021 at Westminster Village in Clarksville, Indiana. She was born on January 1, 1930 to the late Henry and Anna Smiley (Shrewsberry) in Breckinridge County, Kentucky. Anna was a homemaker and member of the Gospel Tabernacle Church of Jeffersonville. She had a true green thumb. Anna enjoyed growing and caring for her violets and her house plants. In her free time she loved to work on her jigsaw puzzles and reading a good book. She could be intrigued for hours watching wildlife. Anna was preceded in death by her husband Donald Ruddell, Sr. and by her son, William "Bill" Ruddell.

Survivors include her son, Donald Ruddell, Jr. (Lisa) of The Villages, Florida, her daughter, Mary Lewis (John) of Lakewood Ranch, Florida, and her daughter-in-law, Regina Ruddell of Westville, Indiana. Anna also leaves behind 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, December 6, 2021 at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with interment to follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and on Monday from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
