Anna Mae Hinton, 95, entered eternal life on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at Silvercrest Nursing Home.  She was born to the late John and Nellie Regan in Speed, Indiana on June 4, 1926.  Anna retired from Charlestown Hospital after 31 years of service.  She was a very active member of St. John Paul II Catholic Church (St. Paul Campus), serving as the church organist for 30 years, the first lay teacher at the Elementary School and Charter Member.  Anna was also a member of the American Legion Women's Auxiliary.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Hinton and brother, Doug Regan.  Surviving are her sons, Bradley (Melissa) Hinton, Allan (Brenda) Hinton, Marc Hinton, three grandchildren and seven, great-grandchildren.  A Funeral Mass will be held 11AM Saturday at St. John Paul II Catholic Church (St. Paul Campus) with entombment to follow at Graceland Memorial Park.  Visitation will be Saturday from 9AM until the time of service at the church.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Church Building Fund, 216 Schellers Ave., Sellersburg, Indiana 47172.  Online condolences can be made at www.garrfuneralservices.com.
