I was at the funeral home on Sunday to see Tommy Staley's mother and I noticed there was another showing but never looked at the name. I'm really sorry. Sheryl sent me an e-mail and asked if I knew about Millie's passing and I couldn't believe I was right there. I told Sheryl I wondered why I kept hearing laughter, my mom and Millie are back together going to a ballgame.

Susann, I was very sorry to hear about your mom. I know it has been a long goodbye. I often think of all the good times we had as kids. Your mom was always so kind and I enjoyed working in the Sellersburg School cafeteria with her when I was in sixth grade. Great memories. Emma Lou Smith

Millie will always be a special lady to me. While my mother was a patient at Rolling Hills I met Millie. She would sing songs . She knew so many and I loved to hear her. We shared some special times there and she helped me thru some dark times just singing and being such a sweet lady. My prayers to her family.

Millie sang beautiful songs while my Mom was at Rolling Hills back in 2014-2015. Millie is home now. A sweet sweet soul.
