Steven Keith Durham

Steven Keith Durham, age 34, passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, in Henryville, Indiana, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and creativity. Born on December 12, 1989, to Lindell and Kelly Durham (McKinley) in Louisville, Kentucky, Steven's journey was marked by passion and connection.

A graduate of Pekin Eastern High School in 2008, Steven's athletic prowess shone bright as he excelled in both basketball and baseball. Beyond the courts and fields, Steven's artistic flair manifested through his talent for drawing, showcasing his boundless creativity and imagination.

 A natural people person, he effortlessly touched the lives of those around him, leaving smiles in his wake and forging lasting bonds with friends and strangers alike.Steven was preceded in death by his mother, Kelly Durham and by his grandfather, Lloyd Durham.

Survivors include his children, Skyler, Simon, Sylvia and Steven Durham, his father, Lindell K. Durham of Pekin, Indiana, his brother, Shae Durham of Pekin, Indiana, Spencer Durham of Pekin, Indiana, his paternal grandmother, Jenny Durham of Sellersburg, his  maternal grandfather, Dale McKinley (Tammy) and his maternal grandmother, Roberta McKinley.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at Garr Funeral Home (7806 Highway 311, Sellersburg, Indiana) with interment to follow at Sellersburg, Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2:00 P.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
