JAMES “JIM” FRANKLIN BROADY, 56, passed away Wednesday July 14, 2010 at this home. Jim was a finish sprayer at Haas Cabinet Company, and enjoyed bowling and dancing.

 

Survivors Include:

 

            Parents:         Frank and Hattie Broady, Memphis, Indiana

 

            Brothers:        Jerry (Christina “Snooky”) Broady, Memphis, Indiana

                                    David Broady, Memphis, Indiana

 

            Sisters:           Patty Broady (Mike) Murphy, Memphis, Indiana

            4 Nephews

 

            2 Great-Nephews

 

            1 Great Niece

 

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg, with burial to follow at Sellersburg Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00-8:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American heart Association. Online condolences may be expressed at www.garrfuneralservices.com.

I worked w/ Jim as a rep from the paint company that supplied Haas Cabt. Jim and I were great friends and he was one of the very few reasons that I regretted retiring. My deepest sympathy to his family, friends and worker friends.

Was so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. I worked with Jim for 32 years at Haas Cabinets. I just found out about this and was very saddened. Sorry I could not be there at the service to pay my final respects. My prayers are with your family. Respectfully, Harold
